• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cw777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Applicable Law. cw777's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum of PKR 50,000, unless otherwise required by Applicable Law.

The amended Terms will take effect 7 calendar days after the notification date, unless the change is required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the cw777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
